Where can I find my subscription information?

All your subscription information can be found in the ‘My account settings’ section.

To get there, click on your avatar/profile photo on the top-right of every page and then click on “my account settings”.

The “My subscription” area includes:

  • the package information and the extras linked to your account,
  • your subscription’s expiry date,
  • a “View payment history” to view payments you have made until now.

Your subscription is renewed automatically to ensure you do not miss out on any potential matches. You can cancel the renewal, at the earliest, 24 hours after your payment has been processed, and up to 48 hours before the subscription renewal date.

  • APPLE

Your subscription information can be found in the “Me” area accessible at the bottom of every page.

Click on the cogs icon at the top left of the page.

In the “Subscription” section, you will see the length and expiry date of your current subscription, with further details available via iTunes.


  • ANDROID

All your payment information can be found in the “Me” area.

Then go to “Preferences” at the bottom of the page.

In the “Subscription” section, you can check the length and expiry date of your subscription.

  • On laptop Click to change
  • On mobile site Click to change
  • On app Click to change
