What is the Contact Filter?

The Contact Filter lets you choose who can contact you on the website, and is available to anyone who has upgraded their subscription to “Select”.

Once activated, only members who meet your criteria can message you. This means you’ll only receive contact from people:

  • Seeking a serious relationship
  • Corresponding to the age group you desire
  • Living in your country
  • With a profile photo

To find the Contact Filter, simply go to your Messages and then on the left-hand side of the page beside ‘Conversations’ you will see a filter icon. Click on this and you will be able to make the updates to your filter.

Don’t forget to click on ‘Confirm my criteria’ once you have selected the filters.
